You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Plans can be renewed manually at your convenience. We do not charge automatically, you must initiate renewal once your current plan expires.
Refunds are only issued in cases of overpayment, duplicate charges, or billing errors. We do not offer refunds for purchased items or subscription plans. You may cancel at any time; access will remain available until the end of your billing period.
All content and materials on Fxhive are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.
We may integrate with third‑party tools. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fxhive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fxhive from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for other lawful reasons. Certain provisions survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Venue shall lie in competent courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use signifies acceptance.
